Program description
The program sends operational texts to massage therapists and other contractors who choose to join Melltt’s dispatch list. Messages may include welcome notices, booking opportunities, availability or claim responses, assignment confirmations, backup-list status, reminders, booking changes, and cancellation or replacement notices.
Consent and eligibility
Contractors opt in by submitting the public Melltt Contractor SMS Sign-Up form. The contractor enters a name and mobile number and actively selects an unchecked consent box describing the program and its disclosures. By participating, you confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on booking activity, qualifications, and responses. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further Melltt contractor dispatch texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply START to resume messages.
