We collect information contractors provide directly, including name, mobile phone number, email address, service areas, massage specialties, equipment, availability, and other professional details. When you use our online SMS enrollment form, we also retain the consent language presented to you, the source of your enrollment, and the date and time consent was recorded. We may maintain message responses, booking offers, assignment confirmations, backup-list status, cancellations, and related dispatch history.
How we use information
We use this information to manage our contractor roster, document messaging consent, send relevant booking opportunities, record responses, coordinate assignments, communicate booking changes, maintain backup lists, and provide support. Our contractor messages are operational and are not used to advertise unrelated products or services.
SMS consent
Contractors join the Melltt dispatch list by entering their information on our public Contractor SMS Sign-Up page and actively selecting an unchecked box that states the messaging program’s terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency varies according to booking activity and contractor eligibility or availability. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the dispatch program, such as text-messaging and technology providers, only as needed to provide those services, maintain security, or comply with law.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our contractor program, document consent, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You may reply START to resume messages after opting out. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, email mellttmt@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal or legitimate business purposes.
